Joe Pisciotta

Joe Pisciotta, PMP, SPHR, serves as the Senior Vice President of Growth & Client Capture at RBCI since October 2022, focusing on advising federal health clients in medical IT, research, and logistics. Prior to this role, Joe was a Program Manager at Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions, leading efforts in High Reliability Organization implementation for Veterans Administration clients. Experience includes optimizing business development processes at Knowesis Inc., doubling revenue as Senior Director at Cherokee Federal, and advising Military Health System executives at Deloitte. Joe's career began in the US Army as a Medical Service Corps Officer, followed by significant project management roles at Booz Allen Hamilton. Joe holds a Master of Science in Health Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Longwood University.
