Margot Gysbrechts

Margot Gysbrechts currently serves as an inclusion coach at the Royal Belgian Football Association, facilitating workshops on racism and discrimination within the framework of the Come Together project. Margot also holds the position of Education Program Coordinator at Out For The Win, where responsibilities include coaching a team and developing inclusive policies and strategies for LGBTQIA+ athletes. Additionally, Margot acts as a spokesperson for Out For The Win, promoting the normalization of LGBTQI individuals in sports through storytelling and consultancy. As Chief Executive Officer and HR Manager for Studant vzw, a non-profit tutoring organization, Margot drives initiatives aimed at supporting students. Margot co-founded We fynd, a career platform that connects companies and students while emphasizing diversity and inclusion. Margot's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Law, a Master's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy, and ongoing studies in Law at Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
