Max Goldsmith is an experienced data scientist with a strong background in data analysis and management. Currently serving at the Royal Belgian Football Association since September 2022, Max previously worked at Deliverr Inc. from January 2022 to September 2022, contributing to the company’s $2.1 billion acquisition by Shopify. Earlier experience includes a data scientist role at Chicago Fire FC, associated with Max's master's thesis, and a managerial position at Paro.ai, where Max led a small team and played a key role in raising $40 million in venture capital funding. Max holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University and a Master of Science from DePaul University, along with Dutch language courses from Ghent University.

As the largest sports association in the country, with more than half a million members, the Royal Belgian Football Association (RBFA) represents 4,000 football clubs. Together with Voetbal Vlaanderen and ACFF the RBFA organises around 12,000 football matches each weekend, as well as the matches of the national teams. The Red Devils and Red Flames serve as the ambassadors.
