Adam Schauer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Adam started their career as a Crew Chief at Home Run Baseball Camp from 2011 to 2016. Adam then worked as an Intern at The National Presbyterian Church in 2017 and later became a Barista at Starbucks from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, Adam had multiple internships, including a Data Analytics Intern at College Splits, an Electrical Engineering Intern at CTC Technology & Energy, and a Computer Vision Extern at The National Institutes of Health. In 2019, they worked as an Electro-Optical Engineering Intern at General Dynamics. Adam joined Bradley Baseball Academy as a JV Baseball Coach from 2016 to 2019. In 2020, they became an Investment Technology Associate at Wellington Management. Adam then progressed within the company and held positions as a Product Owner, Core Software Engineer, and eventually Senior Product Owner, Core Software Engineer. In 2022, Adam took on a new role as a Head Coach at RBI Baseball Academy.
Adam Schauer completed their high school education at St. Albans School (D.C.) from 2009 to 2016, studying general studies. Adam then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.S.) and Economics (B.A.) from Swarthmore College, from 2016 to 2020. Following that, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, studying from 2022 to 2025. In December 2021, Adam also obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance.
