Adam Schauer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Adam started their career as a Crew Chief at Home Run Baseball Camp from 2011 to 2016. Adam then worked as an Intern at The National Presbyterian Church in 2017 and later became a Barista at Starbucks from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, Adam had multiple internships, including a Data Analytics Intern at College Splits, an Electrical Engineering Intern at CTC Technology & Energy, and a Computer Vision Extern at The National Institutes of Health. In 2019, they worked as an Electro-Optical Engineering Intern at General Dynamics. Adam joined Bradley Baseball Academy as a JV Baseball Coach from 2016 to 2019. In 2020, they became an Investment Technology Associate at Wellington Management. Adam then progressed within the company and held positions as a Product Owner, Core Software Engineer, and eventually Senior Product Owner, Core Software Engineer. In 2022, Adam took on a new role as a Head Coach at RBI Baseball Academy.
Adam Schauer completed their high school education at St. Albans School (D.C.) from 2009 to 2016, studying general studies. Adam then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.S.) and Economics (B.A.) from Swarthmore College, from 2016 to 2020. Following that, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, studying from 2022 to 2025. In December 2021, Adam also obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance.

RBI Baseball Academy
The mission of the RBI Baseball Academy is to provide young people with skills to guide them toward success not only on the playing field, but throughout the game of life. We teach baseball skills, but we also teach the importance of individual responsibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Our directors and staff have worked with young players of various skill levels from all over the country for more than a decade. As former professional baseball players, we are focused on progress and improvement. We offer unique and exciting instructional training programs that have been fine-tuned from working with thousands of players and student-athletes. We truly enjoy teaching the game of baseball and our dedicated team of RBI professionals have developed teaching techniques designed to improve athletic skills and performance. We are always pleased when individual players attribute personal success and growth to a combination of their own hard work, dedication, and sound instruction. It is particularly rewarding to see repeat participants returning year after year with a renewed sense of purpose. Players of all levels and abilities are encouraged to take advantage of our state-of-the-art baseball and softball academy to get a head start and stay ahead of their competition.
