Ananya Mullick

Ananya Mullick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in banking, currently serving as Team Lead for Corporate Banking Services at RBL Bank since January 2014. In this role, Ananya leads services for Corporate & Institutional Banking and Commercial Banking customers, as well as manages trade services for all customer segments. Previously, Ananya worked as the Regional Service Delivery Manager and Nodal Officer for the East, responsible for managing complaints escalated to the RBI and enhancing service quality. Ananya's earlier career includes a position as Manager of Quality Assurance at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where responsibilities included complaint and request management for the eastern region. Ananya holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Commerce Honours from the University of Calcutta and completed secondary schooling at St John's Diocesan Girl's Higher Secondary School.
