Gaurav Shishodia

Gaurav Shishodia is an experienced professional with a strong background in digital payments and banking operations. Currently serving as SVP & Head of Digital Payments and Acquiring Ops at RBL Bank since September 2019, Gaurav oversees various functions including merchant acquiring, prepaid instruments, and digital payment channels such as UPI and IMPS. Previously, Gaurav held the position of Vice President for Digital Payments at Kotak Mahindra Bank and led product development at Axis Bank focusing on UPI and net banking payments. Gaurav’s expertise extends to business transformation, operational excellence, and the launch of innovative financial products across multiple platforms. Educational qualifications include a PGDIE in Process Management and IT Systems from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a B.E. in Electronics & Communication from AKG Engineering College.
