Rahul Biswas

Rahul Biswas serves as the State Head - FI Risk at RBL Bank since June 2021, bringing extensive experience in risk management and audit functions. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President at Asirvad Microfinance Limited, where focus was on risk-based audits to minimize potential drawbacks like theft and fraud, and Branch Manager - MFI - JLG at L&T Finance, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and enhancing productivity. Earlier in career, Rahul held the position of Assistant Manager Internal Audit at Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited, again emphasizing risk-based audits, and worked in TQM at HDFC Bank, supervising compliance and operational activities. Academically, Rahul holds an MBA in Banking and Financial Support Services from ISBM University, a Bachelor of Laws from Utkal University, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Calcutta University.
