Srinivas Korlepara

Srinivas Korlepara is an experienced finance professional with a comprehensive background in corporate and wholesale banking. Currently serving as the Regional Credit Head at RBL Bank in Mumbai since October 2019, Srinivas has held multiple leadership titles including Senior Vice President and Vice President within wholesale banking and risk management. Prior to RBL Bank, Srinivas accumulated extensive experience at Kotak Mahindra Bank from June 2011 to October 2019, and at Axis Bank and ICICI Bank in various managerial roles. Educational qualifications include a Master of Management Studies in Finance and Marketing from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, as well as certification in Credit Risk Management from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. Additionally, Srinivas has contributed to diverse industries through earlier roles at Kandukuri Group, Lowe & Partners, and Rediffusion DY&R, beginning a career in finance with a management trainee position at AFCONS Infrastructure Limited in 1995.
