Vishal Kukreja

Vishal Kukreja serves as the Head of Human Resources and Group Executive Vice President at RBL Bank, overseeing key areas such as employee experience, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and HR analytics. With a career spanning over two decades, Vishal has also held significant roles at Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited, Infrastructure Development Finance Company, HDFC Bank, Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd., and Videocon International Limited. Notably, Vishal led the successful acquisition of RBS NV in 2012 and has been recognized for accomplishments in HR integration and employee engagement. Vishal holds an MBA in Human Resources from Panjab University and has completed a leadership development program at INSEAD.
