In their current role as the Head of Commercial Operations at RBLI, they are responsible for strategic change management, stakeholder engagement, and financial sustainability in CQC regulated services. Prior to this, they worked as a Residents Placement & Contracts Manager at RBLI. Alex also has experience as a Management Consultant, Group Business Development Manager at Renovo Care Group, Admissions Manager at Graham Care, Regional Operations Manager at Braeburn Care Ltd, Deputy General Manager at 3H Fund, Charity Finance Officer at 3H Fund, Business Development Consultant at Linear Tools, and Corporate Operations & Marketing Manager at Freeman Forman Estate Agents. They began their career at Transport for London as a Business Finance Manager. Alex has expertise in areas such as business development, marketing strategies, charity, disabilities, health & social care, administration, risk management, and health & safety.

Alex Brown attended Knowledge Academy in 2024 to study project management. Prior to that, Alex completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the University of Greenwich, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
