Andy Kouyoumjian

Andy Kouyoumjian has a diverse work experience. Andy currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at rBlox since May 2022. In this role, they lead and mentors a team of software engineers, collaborates with the VP of Engineering to set technical vision and architecture, ensures adherence to best practices, and contributes to product roadmap definition.

Before that, Andy worked as a Tech Lead at rBlox from June 2021 to May 2022. In this position, they were responsible for leading a team of software engineers, following Agile and Scrum methodologies, and continuously improving software development processes and methodologies.

Prior to rBlox, Andy was a Research and Development Engineer at RINArmenia from May 2019 to May 2021. Andy'sresponsibilities included conducting research and development to enhance existing products and develop new ones, designing and building prototypes and proof-of-concepts, and preparing technical documentation and reports.

Andy's earlier experience includes an internship at The Crowdfunding Formula from December 2018 to February 2019, and a role as a self-employed Developer from January 2018 to August 2018.

Andy Kouyoumjian earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut, which they attended from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including "Web3 and Blockchain Transformations in Global Supply Chains" and "Blockchain and Business" from Coursera, obtained in May 2023 and March 2023 respectively. Andy also holds certifications in project management, including "Managing Project Risks and Changes" obtained in October 2020, and "Budgeting and Scheduling Projects" and "Initiating and Planning Projects" obtained in August 2020.
