Rob Will

Rob Will has over 17 years of experience in operations and management roles. Rob began their career in 2004 as the Owner and Manager of Will Saltwater Outfitters. In 2005, they became a Factory Sponsored Professional Angler for Yamaha Cobia Boats. In 2009, they joined MHC Kenworth as a Parts Operations Manager. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Herndon Products Inc. in roles as both Director of Operations and Quality Manager. In 2016, they became a Senior Operations Manager for Distribution Management, Inc. In 2017, they were appointed GM LMI Aerospace for LMI Aerospace - A Member of the Sonaca Group. In 2021, they joined Ryder Supply Chain Solutions as Director Customer Logistics and Agile Solutions as General Manager. Currently, they are Vice President Operations at RBO.

Rob Will began their educational journey in 2004 when they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University. Rob then went on to receive an Associate's Degree in General Business from Edison College. Rob then returned to Florida Gulf Coast University to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. Rob is currently enrolled at the University of Central Florida. In addition, they have obtained an AS9100 Internal Auditor certification.
