Andrew Chang

Andrew Chang has a diverse range of work experience. Andrew started their career at KnackTek in 2016 as a SQL Server DBA, where they worked until June 2017. Andrew then joined MapAnything, Inc. as a Product Engineer from July 2017 to July 2018. Andrew then moved on to Equifax as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator from July 2018 to September 2019. After that, they worked at both the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and ITG - Incentive Technology Group as a Senior ServiceNow Developer from September 2019 to October 2021. Currently, they are employed at RBR-Technologies as the Lead ServiceNow Developer starting from September 2021.

Andrew Chang received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Georgia State University, completing their studies from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they obtained various certifications, including the Certified Application Developer (CAD) from ServiceNow in September 2019 and the Certified System Administrator (CSA) from ServiceNow in June 2019.
