Dustin Hux

Dustin Hux has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Dustin is currently working as a ServiceNow Developer at RBR-Technologies since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Senior ServiceNow Developer at Broadleaf, Inc. from September 2020 to October 2021. Dustin also worked as a Senior Specialist, ServiceNow Developer at KPMG from September 2019 to September 2020.

Before their roles in ServiceNow development, Dustin was a Senior Technical Consultant at EY from September 2018 to September 2019. During this time, they handled data, analytics, and reporting for the FCC Broadcaster Repack Reimbursement fund, and developed applications on the NOW platform for operations such as invoice review and broadcaster eligibility.

Dustin began their career as a Software Engineering Analyst at Accenture from September 2017 to September 2018 and later served as a Co-Founder and Developer at Presence, Inc. from October 2016 to October 2017. In the latter role, they contributed to the development of a 360 media sharing community platform.

Dustin also gained experience as a Senior Student Partner at Microsoft from September 2016 to May 2017 and as a Creator and Developer of the JMU Parking App from September 2015 to May 2017.

In 2016, they held the position of President at Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity where they managed and ran the Delta Tau Chapter at James Madison University, overseeing a large budget and an Executive Council of 15 members.

During a summer internship at Genworth in 2016, Dustin worked as an IT Systems Engineering Intern. Dustin performed various tasks such as analyzing system architecture, leading a data audit, working with ServiceNow for application migration, and building a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) according to ITIL standards.
