Artur Kochermin

Artur Kochermin is an experienced electronics professional currently serving as the Electronics Team Manager at RBR Ltd. since October 2019, where responsibilities include leading a team of PCB designers and technologists, overseeing project planning, and participating in electrical design for new optical sensors and scientific instruments. Previously, Artur held roles as a Sr. Electronics Engineer and Team Lead, focusing on low power and low noise hardware development for oceanographic sensors. Earlier experience includes work at Ciena as a Hardware Designer and Electro-Optics Hardware Designer, contributing to advanced coherent modem PCBs and optical transceivers. Prior to that, Artur was an R&D Engineer at JGR Optics Inc., leading the design of several fiber-optic instruments. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics from Carleton University.
