Wendy Phillis

Wendy is the Chief Risk Officer of RBS International.

Wendy has over 30 years’ experience in senior risk, compliance and management roles across the financial services sector. Prior to joining the NatWest Group in November 2022, Wendy held Chief Risk Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director positions at global, listed companies including Link Group, Royal Bank of Canada, ICAP and State Street.

With extensive regulatory credentials, Wendy has experience of the regulatory regimes in the United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Ireland, broader EU and the United States of America.

Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics from the Dickinson College, Pennsylvania, USA and a MBA from Simmons University, Boston, USA. Wendy holds the Financial Times Non-Executive Directors Advanced Professional Diploma.
