Chetan Khandhadia

Chetan Khandhadia leads the Due Diligence & Transaction Advisory practice of RBSA Advisors in Mumbai as a Managing Director. Prior to joining RBSA, he was Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Grant Thornton. With Chetan’s addition to RBSA’s Leadership Team, RBSA would strengthen its value proposition to the clients by providing the entire gamut of deal advisory services, which would include due diligence & transaction advisory, valuation, investment banking, and restructuring.

Chetan’s expertise includes transaction support by performing financial due diligence, buy-side and vendor side, across all the sectors. Chetan comes with 24 years of experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Grant Thornton and with a deep understanding of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity (PE) transaction process.

Chetan started his career in equity research with Capital Market magazine and then with Hinduja Finance Corporation.

Chetan is a Chartered Accountant. He studies at Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University. He did his Masters (MA) in Yoga Shastra and Diploma in yoga education - Teacher’s course in yoga. As a part of community service and spread spiritual and yoga awareness, he conducts yoga sessions regularly and has led yoga camps for the International yoga day celebrations.
