His valuation experience encompasses Valuation of Real Estate, Valuation of Industrial Assets & Technical due diligence for Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Reporting etc.
He is a Bachelor of Architecture and further specialized in Asset Valuation and accredited himself as a Master of Valuation in Real Estate.
He has also been involved with major Disinvestment and Privatization assignments on behalf of the Government of India. He is actively involved with many professional bodies and societies.
He is a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), UK, Associate Member of Institute of Architecture & member of Practicing Engineers Architects and Town Planners Association (India).
