Caren Chen is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in medical education and clinical research. Currently serving as an American Heart Association Instructor at RC Health Services since July 2018, Caren delivers training on CPR, AED, First Aid, and other essential courses. Dual roles as a Healthcare Professional with the US Army since October 2010 have involved providing input for the Institute of Surgical Research Board and developing a mentorship program for subordinates. Additionally, Caren recently worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at No Resistance Consulting Group and as a Clinical Functions Advisor at DeepMile Networks LLC, where responsibilities included recruiting subjects for clinical studies and assisting with training compliance for a vast number of end users within the Military Healthcare System. Educationally, Caren is pursuing a PhD in Health Services from Liberty University, complementing earlier degrees in Biomedical Sciences and Liberal Arts.
