Aishwarya S.R. has a solid work experience in the field of embedded software engineering. Aishwarya currently holds the position of Lead Engineer at RC Labs, starting in June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at L&T Technology Services Limited as an Embedded Software Engineer from August 2018 to July 2021. Aishwarya also gained experience at KPIT, where they worked as an Embedded Software Engineer from September 2016 to June 2018 and as a Graduate Trainee from June 2016 to August 2016. Aishwarya'sresponsibilities at KPIT involved identifying problems and proposing test case scenarios for premium automobile manufacturers, specifically focusing on Level 3 automated driving and highly automated driving features. Aishwarya's early work experience includes a research internship at the Indian Space Research Organisation from January 2016 to April 2016 and an internship at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited in June 2015.

Aishwarya S.R. pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Aishwarya attended the university from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, in May 2018, they obtained a certification in Product Prototyping in IoT from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc).
