Colleen Reed, JD, MBA, currently serves as a Partner at Reed Palacios Law, where Colleen passionately represents clients in criminal, immigration, and civil litigation cases. Since March 2020, Colleen has also held the position of Regional Conflict Counsel at the RC3 Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel in the 3rd Region, advocating for indigent clients charged with crimes in Monroe County. Colleen's legal career includes founding C.Reed Law, LLC, and serving as an Associate at DeForest Koscelnik Yokitis & Berardinelli, as well as holding various roles at the State Attorney's Office in Florida's 16th Judicial Circuit and Portsmouth Commonwealth's Attorney. Colleen possesses a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law, an MBA from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Penn State University, and international business experience from the Copenhagen Business School.
