Mira Fleschman

Mira Fleschman is an experienced A&R professional with a proven track record in the music industry. Currently serving as an A&R Scout at RCA Records since April 2022, Fleschman has previously held roles such as Emerging Talent Associate at Warner Chappell Music and A&R Intern at APG. Additional experience includes consulting for Elektra Music Group, contributing to weekly pitching meetings, and managing marketing efforts as Co-Director of Marketing for University Union. Fleschman's career began with various internships in publicity and management, coupled with a strong foundation in marketing and campaign execution. Fleschman graduated from the Bandier Program for Recording and Entertainment Industries at Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications in 2022.
