Mishael Avila

Mishael Avila is an experienced professional in the music and media industries, currently serving in A&R Administration at Alamo Records since May 2023 and as a Coordinator for A&R Administration and Business Affairs at RCA Records since January 2022. Mishael's previous roles include serving as Office Coordinator at Sony Music Entertainment, where responsibilities involved supporting senior finance executives and coordinating cross-functional meetings, as well as a Production Assistant at Noledge Productions, where administrative support was provided for studio operations. Mishael began a career in public relations as a Jewelry & Digital Public Relations Intern at Krupp Group and gained social media experience as an intern at Newest Americans. Mishael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University – Newark.
