Alexey Aleksandrov

Alexey Aleksandrov has a significant amount of experience in the banking industry. Alexey started their career at Joint-Stock Bank NADRA in 1996, where they worked as an Economist in the Currency Control Department. Alexey then moved on to PrivatBank, where they worked as an Economist and Accountant at the International Bank Cards Division, focusing on credit card development.

In 1997, Alexey joined Joint Stock Commercial Bank GRANT as the Deputy Chief of Card Technologies and Clients' Support Department, responsible for the development and implementation of international cards and interbank pay system strategies.

From 1999 to 2001, they worked at Finance and Credit Banking Corporation as the Deputy Director of Branch Bank and Head of Treasury, overseeing treasury operations, foreign currency operations, marketing, and image communication.

Following that, Alexey joined UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group in 2001, holding various positions such as Head of International Payment System Division, Head of Middle-office, Back-office Department, Head of Private Banking, Counsel to the Chairman of the Board, and eventually becoming a Board Member, Deputy Chairman, and Head of Private Banking. During their time at UkrSibbank, they were responsible for the strategy, development, and promotion of Private Banking in Ukraine.

In 2015, Alexey joined Ukrgasbank as a Board Member, Deputy Chairman, and Head of Retail, before moving on to Norvik Banka in 2016, where they served as Senior Vice President and Head of Private Banking.

Most recently, Alexey has been working at Expobank CZ a.s. since 2018 as the Vice President and Head of Private Banking & Individual Banking. Alexey is currently employed at RCB Bank Ltd as the Vice President and Head of Private Banking.

Alexey Aleksandrov received a Doctor of Economic Sciences (D.Sc.) degree in Finance: Private Banking & Wealth Management from the National Scientific Research Institute, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine in 2014. Alexey earned an Executive MBA degree from the International Management Institute (MIM-Kyiv) from 2009 to 2011. Before that, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economic Sciences from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University from 2001 to 2003. Alexey also holds a Marketing degree from Kharkiv State Institute of Physical Education from 1994 to 1996 and a degree in Radioengineering from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics from 1991 to 1996. In terms of certifications, they have completed courses such as "Foundations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0)," "Customer Experience (CX) Foundations," "Customer Experience Strategy: Build a Customer-Centric Culture," and "Customer Service Strategy" from LinkedIn.
