Don Phillips

Don Phillips has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Don started their career as a Branch Manager at Bank of America in 1998 and worked there until 2006. After that, they joined JPMorgan Chase as a Relationship Manager/Vice President and stayed there for three years. In 2009, they moved to Arvest Bank, where they held the positions of Business Banker/Vice President and Treasury Management Advisor/Vice President. In 2011, Don joined Cole & Reed, P.C. as a Marketing Director. In 2014, they joined Oklahoma Employees Credit Union as the Director of Business Services. Don then worked at Great Plains Bank as the VP of Commercial Banking from 2015 to 2018. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Lending at RCB Bank.

Don Phillips has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Missouri State University. Additionally, they have pursued a degree in Administrative Management with a focus on Management, Marketing, Finance, and Business from the same university.
