Oscar Garcia is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in lending and mortgage services. Currently serving as VP/Lender at RCB Bank since August 2018, Oscar specializes in commercial, agricultural, and consumer lending. Prior roles include Mortgage Loan Originator for the state of Kansas, as well as positions at First Bank Kansas and Hutchinson Government Employees Credit Union, where Oscar advanced to Vice President of Mortgage Lending.
