Stacey Moeder

Stacey Moeder, SHRM-CP, currently serves as AVP, HR Compliance Specialist and AVP, Talent Acquisition Specialist at RCB Bank since January 2019, following the bank's acquisition of Central Bank and Trust Co. in May 2018. In addition to these roles, Stacey is a Board Member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Keynotes (TALK), the world’s largest society of Talent Acquisition professionals, since December 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources/Operations Officer at Central Bank and Trust Co. from July 2003 to December 2018, where responsibilities included chairing the Deposit Operations team, developing policies, conducting training, and managing BSA duties. Stacey possesses a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Wichita State University, earned in 2003.
