RCC Sexual Violence Resource Center - Dane County
Ayden Prehara serves as the Assistant Director of Education at the RCC Sexual Violence Resource Center in Dane County since July 2021, where responsibilities include facilitating over 250 sexual violence prevention programs for youth, collaborating on curriculum development with academic partners, and managing various departmental activities. Previously, Ayden held the position of Outreach and Education Specialist, focusing on educational programming and mentorship for youth advocates. Ayden also worked as a Diversity and Social Justice Trainer and Consultant at Think Again Training & Consulting. Experience includes roles at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, Barriques, and as Program Coordinator and Facilitator with Sex Out Loud at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Ayden’s early career featured significant contributions to organizations like the Transgender Law Center and Wisconsin Alliance for Women's Health. Education was completed at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Gender and Women's Studies and LGBT Studies.
