Sherman co-founded and currently serves as the Founder & Chief Visionary Officer for Recognizing Children's Gifts Behavioral Health Network, where they oversee the organizational structure, manages fiscal accountability, and evaluates work processes for continuous quality improvement.
In 2019, Sherman co-founded MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching, an outpatient therapy practice, and serves as a Managing Partner responsible for the overall supervision of the business and affairs of the company.

Prior to that, they worked at Wachovia Corp as an Assistant Vice President - Municipal Bond Trading, responsible for providing capital to state and local government agencies for infrastructure projects. Sherman managed a large municipal bond inventory during their tenure.
Sherman also has experience as a Financial Advisor at American Express, where they provided financial planning to individuals and small businesses, developed business development strategies, and analyzed clients' financial needs and goals.
