Alison Hayes

Alison Hayes is a seasoned professional with a robust background in business operations and product management, currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at RCG Global Services since October 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Product Lead and Technical Project Manager at the Alzheimer's Association®, where Alison drove the development of a custom web/mobile application to enhance advocacy efforts. Prior to that, Alison contributed to Zippy Shell USA, LLC as a Business Operations Associate, focusing on automation and data-driven decision-making, and began a career at LivingSocial as a Consumer Advocate, where automation initiatives were championed. Alison holds a degree from The University of Georgia and has also studied Spanish at Universidad de Menendez-Palayo.
