Jennifer Winans, M.A., currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Saga Education, leading national talent acquisition efforts and managing a team to scale the organization significantly. With a strong focus on maintaining high retention rates for AmeriCorps Fellows and developing effective recruitment strategies, Jennifer also emphasizes diversity sourcing and equitable compensation structures. Previous experience includes roles as Associate Director of Talent and Recruitment Manager at Saga Education, where Jennifer managed full-cycle recruiting and implemented key performance indicators for process improvement.
