Hollis Jennings IV began their career in 2014 as an Independent Landscaper for Bernie Nichols. In 2015, they became a Cashier and Inventory Stocker for Beach Hardware in Virginia Beach. In 2018, they were an Intern at the Ferguson Career Center at Hampden-Sydney College, where they operated the front desk and learned to use Handshake. Hollis also interned at the Hatteras Island Ocean Center, where they were the social media and marketing intern. In 2019, they became a Water Treatment Operator for James City County. In 2021, they were a Manufacturing Associate I at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where they implemented client-specific procedures to provide quality medicinal products by CGMP manufacturing in Gene Therapy. In 2022, they began working for RCH Solutions as a Lab Systems Application Developer and for DuPont as a Process Operator.
Hollis Jennings IV attended Cape Henry Collegiate from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Hollis then went on to Hampden-Sydney College, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Biology, General between 2015 and 2019.
