Currently serving as the Regional Vice President at RCI Systems, Inc., Shane also held leadership positions at Colorado Mechanical Systems LLC., Haynes Mechanical Systems, and Eagle Mechanical. With a degree as a Journeyman Chiller Mechanic from Local Union 211, Shane has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and dedication to the field.
