David Scott is a seasoned Human Resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR strategies and initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at RCL FOODS since October 2016, David oversees the HR strategy and operations for multiple business units, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business goals. Prior to this role, David held multiple HR leadership positions at Unilever, including Vice President for Human Resources in both Research and Development and Global Home Care categories, managing HR functions for large international teams. Additionally, David has experience as an organizational development consultant and entrepreneur, focusing on HR strategies and culture transformation.
