Justine Chetty

Justine Chetty is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in human resources, primarily within the recruitment sector. Currently serving as the Group Talent Acquisition Manager at RCL FOODS since September 2016, Justine has managed recruitment across multiple business units and supported HR Business Partners. Prior experience includes roles as Recruitment Manager at LexisNexis South Africa, HR Consultant at Capitec Bank, and Perm Recruitment Consultant at Capacity Outsourcing, among others. Justine holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Industrial Psychology and Labour Studies from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, complemented by a diverse skill set in full life-cycle recruitment, stakeholder management, and compliance with BBEEE requirements.
