Ellen Klasson

Ellen Klasson is an experienced professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as Managing Director at RCLCO Real Estate Consulting since March 2022. Prior to this role, Ellen held the position of Managing Director at Terra Search Partners from July 2017 to February 2022, and served as Senior Director of the Leadership Network at the Urban Land Institute from September 2014 to July 2017. Ellen's earlier experience includes managing the Real Estate Development Advisory group at CohnReznick, as well as holding the role of Vice President of Economic Development at Central Atlanta Progress. Ellen also contributed to the Center for Civil and Human Rights as a Project Manager and began the career as a Senior Associate at RCLCO. With a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Emory University, Ellen has developed a strong foundation in economic development and real estate advisory services.
