Jessica Diorio

Jessica Diorio is a Vice President at RCLCO Fund Advisors, an affiliate business of RCLCO and a leading consultant to institutional advisors, where she is responsible for driving asset performance for the firm’s institutional investment clients. She leads efforts to maximize the financial and operational performance of real estate portfolios, held both directly and in separate accounts/JVs, through monitoring and evaluating property and portfolio operations, overseeing JV partners and service providers, tracking key milestones such as debt maturities and capital expenditures, and recommending appropriate actions to clients. Jessica has over 13 years of experience in asset management, acquisitions, and dispositions of institutional assets.

Prior to joining RFA, Jessica managed a portfolio of commercial assets for Black Creek Group. She has also held positions at HFF, a capital markets intermediary, and CBRE Global Investors, where she facilitated the acquisitions and due diligence process for separate account clients. Jessica attended Boston College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and is currently pursuing her Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate at Georgetown University.
