Scott Stoltzman

Scott Stoltzman is the Director of Innovation Technology for RCLCO and RCLCO Fund Advisors. Based in Colorado, Scott leads the firm’s technology team, which includes roles in business intelligence and data analysis, to develop robust data sets and models, conduct statistical and predictive analyses, and interpret results to assist our clients in making more effective investment and asset management decisions. In this role, Scott works with internal and external (client, venture partners) stakeholders to identify and refine data sources to provide value in analyzing market and property type trends, and real estate asset and portfolio performance.

Before joining RCLCO, Scott was the owner and operator of Stoltzman Consulting, which specialized in building data implementation pipelines and statistical models for a wide range of businesses. He received a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University, a Master of Science in Mathematical Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Bachelor of Arts in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University.
