Currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain Management, CRM, and Digital Transformation at RCM Business since May 2023, Ashwini leads end-to-end supply chain operations for over 470 SKUs, managing a team of more than 260 professionals and extensive warehousing and logistics processes. Prior roles include Head of SCM for India & APAC at B&V Inc India, where Ashwini oversaw large-scale operations both regionally and for significant capital projects, and a leadership position at Landmark Group in the Middle East, focusing on distribution and performance improvements for fashion merchandise logistics. Early career experiences include procurement and logistics management at Vodafone and Reliance Retail, as well as leading supply chain operations at Givaudan and Sigma Coatings Nederland. Ashwini holds an MBA and has a strong background in operations, logistics, and project management.
