Marc Heenan

Marc Heenan serves as the Managing Director of Growth & Strategy at RCN Capital since September 2023. Prior to this role, Marc held several prominent positions at CoreVest Finance, including Head of Sales and SVP of Lender Partnerships from September 2021 to August 2023. At PeerStreet, Marc excelled as Head of Origination, leading teams responsible for onboarding and managing over 350 lender accounts, achieving over $4 billion in transaction volume. Previous experience includes First Vice President at OneWest Bank, Senior Vice President at Franklin Pacific Finance, LLC, and Senior Vice President at Kennedy Wilson, where Marc was instrumental in sourcing and managing distressed loans. Marc holds an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from UCLA.
