Peter Boström

Peter Boström has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Peter started their career at Ericsson Radio Systems AB in 1994 as a Digital Designer, where they managed project teams and worked on electronics development. Peter then joined Tritech as a Consultant from 1998 to 2000.

In 2000, they became a Project Manager at Wireless Solutions AB, where they led a team in developing a complex linear power amplifier for the WCDMA cellular system. Peter successfully completed this project within a challenging time frame.

From 2001 to 2003, Peter held various managerial roles at Allgon Systems AB, managing groups involved in developing base station antennas, RF electronics, and cavity filters. Peter was also responsible for the product development area for MCPA.

After Allgon, Peter joined LGPAllgon in 2003 as a Manager and then moved to Powerwave Technologies in the role of Project Manager and Technical System Responsible for the "Remote Electric Tilt" system used in cellular systems.

In 2005, they became a Project Manager at Avitec AB, where they managed the development of a complex multi-system repeater to improve cellular coverage on high-speed trains.

Peter then joined Stoneridge in 2008, holding various managerial positions over the years, including Manager of System Engineering, Software, Electronics, Mechanics, and Verification. Their responsibilities included leading personnel, budget management, and coordinating activities between international development departments.

In 2017, Peter joined Tobii AB as the Director of Hardware, overseeing strategic management of the Optronics and Mechatronics groups. Peter led managers, conducted strategic planning, and ensured budget adherence. Peter then briefly served as the Manager of Mechatronics and QA before leaving in 2019.

Recently, Peter joined RCO Security AB in 2019 as the CTO and Manager for the Development Department. Their responsibilities include contributing to the overall company strategic plan, managing the budget, and leading a team of skilled professionals in various design areas.

Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in various technical fields, and a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.

Peter Boström attended The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University from 1990 to 1994. Peter completed their studies and obtained a M.Sc.E.E degree in Electronic engineering.
