Jacina Serbalik

Jacina Serbalik has a diverse work experience in the field of graphic design and creative direction. Jacina is currently a VP and Senior Creative Director at R&CPMK, where they lead a team of designers across multiple industries. Prior to this, they worked as a Creative Director at the same company, where they managed a team of designers and worked on projects for various clients in finance, beauty, automotive, tech, and sports. Before joining R&CPMK, Jacina worked as a freelance Graphic Designer, taking on various projects. Jacina also served as Co-President and Director of Programming at AIGA Connecticut, where they were responsible for leading the organization and supporting the creative community. Earlier in their career, Jacina held roles as an Associate Creative Director and Senior Graphic Designer at Advantage - Sponsorship and Brand Experience Agency, and as a Graphic Designer at AM&J Digital. Jacina also gained experience as a Graphic Design Intern at Woman's Day Magazine. Jacina brings a strong background in design, project management, and collaboration to their current role.
