Njomza Miftari

Njomza Miftari is an experienced project manager currently working at RCS Global Group since April 2022. Prior to this role, Njomza served as a policy officer at the Consulate General of the Republic of Kosovo from January 2021 to April 2022, and worked as a gender and human rights officer with Cuso International from September 2017 to September 2018. Njomza's career in project coordination began at EULEX Kosovo, European Union Rule of Law Mission, where responsibilities were held from September 2014 to October 2017. Earlier in the career, Njomza was an analyst at Livingston International from August 2009 to August 2010. Academic achievements include a Master’s degree in Human Rights from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy and International Relations from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and an Associate's degree in Justice Studies from Loyalist College.
