Tobi Grover, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional and accounting administrator with a diverse background in human resources and finance. Currently serving as HR Manager at RCT Power since October 2023, Tobi previously held dual roles as Executive Assistant to the CEO and HR Manager at Social Standards from March 2019 to September 2023. Tobi’s early career includes positions as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Orion Pacific Traders, Inc. and Accounting Administrator at both Contra Costa Association of Realtors and Cooper Software, Inc. Tobi's expertise encompasses all HR functions, employee relations, benefits administration, and day-to-day accounting activities.
