Haley Sparks

Haley Sparks is a highly experienced professional with a background in operations management, customer service, and technology systems. Currently serving as the League Operations Manager at RCX Sports Foundation since November 2021, Haley has held several positions in the organization, including Senior League Coordinator and Operations Coordinator. Previous experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at National Flag Football and a Home Healthcare Aid at GT Independence. Additionally, Haley has a strong foundation in IT, having worked as IT Systems Coordinator at Music for All, overseeing technology systems and implementing a Customer Relationship Management database. Haley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Industry Management and Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University.
