Suzanne Gozdor

Suzanne Gozdor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service at RCX Sports, Suzanne leads a team to provide exceptional client experiences while developing strategic initiatives. Previously, at National Flag Football, Suzanne held multiple roles, culminating as Assistant Director of Operations and Training, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations for numerous league managers and customer service representatives. Additional experience includes positions at Selik Wealth Management, Clarkston Community Schools, Hilton Suites - Auburn Hills, and Holiday Inn - Auburn Hills, where Suzanne honed skills in sales, customer relations, and operational efficiency. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Sales from Ferris State University.
