Rachel Cogar is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in growth acceleration and operational strategy. Since January 2011, Rachel has served as Managing Partner at RCY Labs, a business growth lab and accelerator recognized as a HubSpot Platinum Partner. Rachel is also an Executive Member of the Profit Accelerator™ at Pavilion since May 2022, focusing on the development of revenue leaders in high-growth organizations. In addition to these roles, Rachel has been the CEO and Managing Partner at Puma Creative since October 2011, where expertise in revenue operations has benefited numerous clients in achieving business growth and successful product launches. Prior to these ventures, Rachel was the CEO, Business Strategist, and Consultant at Vizhun Marketing from November 2005 to March 2011. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree and completed a Master's program at Winthrop University.
