Natália Montibeller

Natália Montibeller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in institutional relationships and strategic transformation. Currently serving as the Executive Director of UNESCO-SOST Transcriativa since July 2022, Natália promotes a human-centered future through the Transformation 5.0 methodology. As a cofounder of Transcriativa since August 2019, Natália advocates for creative transformation as a tool for entrepreneurship and social independence, with endorsements from UNESCO Sustainability and Microsoft. In the role of Event Sales Representative for RD Station since January 2016, Natália has successfully achieved significant sponsorship and attendees' engagement in major digital marketing events in Brazil. Additionally, Natália has been recognized as a Young Brazilian Leader by the JCI program and has experience in project management from previous roles at Britânia Eletrodomésticos and Whirlpool Corporation. Natália holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina.
