Rodrigo Cavichioli

Rodrigo Cavichioli is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Engineering Team Leader for Growth at RD Station since April 2021, where responsibilities include managing the Growth Engineering team and focusing on Product-Led Growth initiatives. Previously, Rodrigo held roles such as Senior Software Engineer at RD Station, contributing to the establishment of the growth engineering team, and Growth Engineer at GrowthHackers, where planning and implementing Product-Led Growth strategies were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes product management at 2ADV Soluções Jurídicas, full-stack development at Belasis and Oops Soluções em T.I., and co-founding Gotcha! - Sistemas Inteligentes. Rodrigo began the journey in software development as an Android Developer and interned in web development.
