Donnica Carter

Donnica Carter has over 18 years of professional experience. Donnica began their career in 2002 as a Billing Assistant at AIG. In 2004, they took on the role of Tax Analyst at Markel Corporation and founded Sista Talk Book Club. In 2007, they became Program Director at Sister to Sister Mentoring Program. In 2013, they moved to Proliant as an Implementation Specialist. In 2015, they returned to RDA Systems, Inc. as a Payroll Support Specialist. In 2017, they moved to Taslar as a Payroll Support Specialist. In 2020, they returned to RDA Systems, Inc. as a Human Resources Payroll Manager.

Donnica Carter attended Tennessee State University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
